RECEIPT OF ORDER

 An order will only be accepted once full payment for that order is received. If acceptance is communicated, it is contingent upon receiving full payment. However, accepting an order does not imply acknowledgment of full payment receipt. After authorizing your credit card and verifying product availability, Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please retain this receipt for your records.
 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 Your Vaibhav Dhadda jewelry will be delivered worldwide with full insurance coverage through our reliable and trackable logistics partners, couriers, or registered post. Both domestic and international orders are fully insured and shipped using a secure tracking service. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. INSURANCE

All shipments from Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry will include insurance coverage. However, please note that the insurance provided by us only applies during transit and is valid until the delivery is accepted. In the event of goods being returned due to damages, it is your responsibility to insure them, as they are sent at your own risk.

DUTIES AND TAXES

 Our pricing does not include any levies or taxes for orders delivered outside India. The goods may be subject to local import duties and taxes based on the prevailing rules and rates of the respective country or state/province. Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry is not responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed when the goods are exported out of India. Additionally, any import duties and taxes payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and not Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry.
 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When placing an order, you must provide the full name of the recipient as it appears on their government-approved photo identification. During the delivery process, the recipient must present any one of the following government-approved photo identification cards in order to collect the product:
  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • Voters Identification card
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) card
  • Social Security Card (SSN Card) issued by Government or such equivalent in your country
Delivery will be conducted by JAIPUR JEWELS (the registered firm name for the brand Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry), a courier, or a logistic company agent. However, before the delivery can take place, the recipient's photo and name must be verified and confirmed by the delivery personnel. To ensure a safe and secure delivery process, the details of the recipient's government-issued photo identification will be recorded. The recipient is required to cooperate with the courier agent by providing valid copies of their government-approved photo identification.
If you wish to authorize someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, you must provide their details at the time of placing the order. The items will be delivered directly to that designated person, and it is important to note that recipient details cannot be changed once the order has been processed.
All shipping charges will be covered by Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry. Upon delivery, the recipient should carefully inspect the package and refuse acceptance if the packaging has been tampered with. The recipient also has the option to open the package and verify its contents before accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt. If the package is empty, damaged, or does not match the order, the recipient should not accept the delivery.
By signing the delivery receipt, the recipient acknowledges the receipt of the product as per the order placed with Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry. It is important to note that Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry is not liable for any refund or replacement in the event of subsequent complaints regarding such deliveries.
If the recipient is not available during the delivery attempts, Jaipur Jewels or the courier agent will make three delivery attempts before returning the item to Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry. Any costs associated with re-shipment, insurance, and handling in cases of non-delivery will be charged to the customer.
The guarantee of delivery provided by Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistencies or errors in the recipient's name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
 

RETURNS

 Please note that we have a no-return policy for products once they have been purchased, except in cases where the product arrives in a damaged condition. It is important to open and inspect the product upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person. If the product is found to be damaged during transit, the delivery person will acknowledge it by taking a time stamped image of the damaged piece. Only under these circumstances will we accept a return and initiate a refund upon receiving the damaged product.
When returning items to us under the above-mentioned conditions, please make sure to include your name, address, and indicate whether you require a refund or an exchange. Please note that Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry will not be responsible for any transportation charges or insurance costs incurred during the return of jewelry. We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service when sending your order back to us. We cannot assume responsibility for goods or parcels that are lost in transit. Additionally, please be aware that jewelry and goods purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at any of our physical boutiques.

REFUNDS DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT

Any refunds due by Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry to you for non-availability of products shall be made in one of the following manners, at the sole discretion of Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry:
  • Credit card: Your credit card account will be re-credited with the refund amount by Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry. The refund amount will be credited to your account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or

 

  • Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into your bank account by Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry within seven (7) business days after the receipt of your request for refund; or

 

  • Cash or demand draft: If you have made an over the counter purchase by paying cash or demand draft, Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry shall pay the refund amount to you through cash or demand draft within seven (7) business days after the receipt of the payment by Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry.
 
 

 DISCLAIMER

 Please be aware that variations in colors may occur when viewing jewelry on digital devices, and these differences will not be considered a valid reason for returning the product. Additionally, certain items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen settings and photography techniques. In some cases, items may be depicted as larger to showcase intricate details or smaller to display the entire item. Vaibhav Dhadda Jewelry will not be held liable in any way regarding these matters.
